Welcome to Value Viewpoint. Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us. Accordingly, we are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our proprietary SaaS Platform (the “App”). This Privacy Policy applies to the App and the products and services that Value Viewpoint (“VVP”, “we”, “us”) offers you ("End-User", "you", "your"), via the App (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time that Information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll notify you of those changes by posting them on the Services or by sending you an email or other notification, and we’ll indicate when those changes will become effective. Finally, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
For certain activities, such as when you register, upload content to the App, or contact us directly, you may provide some or all of the following information:

We may receive the information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:
Social Media. if you choose to link or sign up using your social network (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your contact lists for these services and information relating to your use of the App in relation to these services.
Third-Party Services. We may collect information about you from third-party services, such as advertising partners and analytics providers.
Others Users of the App. Sometimes other users of the App may provide us information about you, including through customer service inquiries.
Other Sources. We may collect information about you from other publicly available sources.
Information we collect automatically
We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the App, including internet or other network activity information such as your IP address, geolocation-related data (as described below), unique device identifiers, browsing and search history (including content you have viewed in the App), and Cookies (as defined below).
Usage Information
We collect information regarding your use of the App and any other User Content that you generate through and broadcast on our App. We also link your subscriber information with your activity on our App across all your devices using your email, phone number, or similar information.
Device Information
We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including your IP address, unique device identifiers, model of your device, your mobile carrier, time zone setting, screen resolution, operating system, app and file names and types, keystroke patterns or rhythms, and the App.
Location data
We collect information about your location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect Global Positioning System (GPS) data.
Metadata
When you upload User Content, you automatically upload certain metadata that is connected to the User Content. Metadata describes other data and provides information about your User Content that will not always be evident to the viewer. In connection with your User Content the metadata can describe how, when, and by whom the piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted. It also includes information, such as your account name, that enables other users to trace back the User Content to your user account. Additionally, metadata will consist of data that you chose to provide with your User Content, e.g. any hashtags used to mark keywords to the video and captions.
Cookies
We and our service providers and business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use the App, enhance your experience using the App, improve the App, and provide you with targeted advertising on the App and elsewhere across your different devices. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable the App to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in images, also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs,” that can recognize Cookies, the time and date a page is viewed, a description of the page where the pixel tag is placed, and similar information from your computer or device. Additionally, we allow these service providers and business partners to collect information about your online activities through Cookies. We and our service providers and business partners link your contact or subscriber information with your activity on our App across all your devices, using your email or other log-in or device information. Our service providers and business partners may use this information to display advertisements on our App and elsewhere online and across your devices tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these service providers and business partners, and the information practices of these service providers and business partners are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

We process personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information outside your country of residence.
Opt-In and Opt-Out Choices
Upon the download of our application(s), you will be required to check a box which indicates your acceptance of our use of our Privacy Policy. We will process your personal information for the purposes set forth herein given our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our marketing communications or changing your notification settings within your End-User account. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
Should you choose to opt-out of being contacted by VVP for any reason, you can change your notification settings within your End-User account.
You may refuse cookies; however, some VVP features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, in addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, you generally have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Information Sharing
We only share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of VVP in the following limited circumstances:
We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of VVP, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred and become subject to a different privacy policy. We will notify you if and when any such transaction is completed if we have a valid email address for you.
Information Security
We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. Your continued use of the App and/or Services signifies your compliance with the then-current Privacy Policy on a going forward basis.
Personal Information
Your End-User Account. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Usage Information. When you use the App, we may record information about your usage of the App, such as other End-Users that you engage in a Hosted Event with, Invitations you accept, which other End-Users you communicate with, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on in the App. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your End-User account.
Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose via the App and/or the Services may be collected and used by others.
Use of Personal Information
If you submit personal information to us, we may use that information to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of the App and VVP products and services, and to process any flagging activity or other communication you send to us.
We may use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. We may also use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major VVP changes or for customer service purposes).
We use cookies, web beacons, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the App; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.
Information that is Publicly Available
When you create an End-User account, some information about your End-User account and your account activity will be provided to other End-Users. This may include the date you opened your End-User account, the date you last logged into your End-User account, the content you have created, the number of followers you have or Hosted Events you’ve attended or hosted, the people you are following and where you are from.
Your End-User account name, not your email address, is displayed to other users when you engage in certain activities on the App. Other End-Users can contact you by leaving a message or comment on the site.
Any content you submit to us (via the App, the Services or otherwise) may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by other End-Users or the general public.
You may also choose to add personal information which may include your name, gender, profile picture or other details, that will be visible to other users on your End-User profile.
Your Choices
If you have a End-User account, you may access, update, correct or delete your personal profile information, email preferences and privacy settings at any time by visiting your account profile page, provided that we may retain this information for legally permitted purposes. You may also exercise your rights, subject to applicable laws, to request that we restrict access to your personal data.
You may control the information that is available to other End-Users at any time by editing your privacy settings.
You may, of course, decline to submit personal information through the App, in which case you can still explore the App and the Services, but we may not be able to provide certain services to you.
More Information
By submitting any content or personal information to us, you acknowledge that you are submitting the information to the United States and that it is collected and maintained in the United States.
